Location: Remote within Europe (Portugal, Ukraine, or Romania preferred) Who We Are: Payset is a UK-based international payments solution authorized by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI). We provide multi-currency accounts and currency exchange services to businesses worldwide, helping them operate seamlessly across borders. The Opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale the core services that power our payments infrastructure. You will play a key role in shaping system architecture, improving reliability, and ensuring our platform remains secure, scalable, and compliant in a regulated fintech environment. You will work in a small, agile product team alongside frontend engineers, DevOps, and product stakeholders.
