About the Position Power Design is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lead Janitorial Specialist to support and oversee nightly cleaning operations. This role will act as a key point of support for management, ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained while helping coordinate team activities during the shift. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in commercial cleaning environments. This role is Monday-Friday 5:30pm - 2:00am Position Details / Responsibilities: - Provide general operational support, assisting Managers with daily cleaning and facility tasks - Distribute janitorial supplies to closets and monitor inventory levels; notify management when restocking is needed - Receive, verify, and organize incoming supply deliveries; maintain clean and orderly storage areas - Operate automatic floor-scrubbing equipment to clean and maintain flooring throughout the property - Address minor cleaning needs such as stain removal, supply replacement, and special cleaning projects - Conduct quality assurance inspections; identify deficiencies, communicate feedback to staff, and ensure corrections are completed - Report facility or cleanliness issues to man...
