Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum dependent on experience Location: Mill Farm Sports Village, Wesham (near Preston) Contract: Full-time, on-site Lead a unique hotel, events and sports destination Are you an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment? At Mill Farm Sports Village, you’ll take the helm of our boutique 19 bedroom hotel, busy conference and banqueting operation, and major matchday and non-matchday events. All within a vibrant, modern sports stadium setting. This is a hands on role where you’ll have real ownership, visible impact and the chance to shape the next stage of our guest experience and commercial performance. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be the driving force behind operations across: Hotel: Leading the team to deliver a 5-star experience for corporate, leisure and matchday guests, with standards that reflect our high end, pitch view bedrooms and facilities. Conference & banqueting: Managing conferences, dinners, celebrations and corporate events from enquiry to execution, ensuring flawless delivery and repeat business.
