Location: Oakland,California,United States The Program Supervisor for our PAIGE/RISE Transition Age Youth Full Service Partnerhsip is responsible for the daily operations of direct service programs. The Program Supervisor will manage administrative, fiscal and quality improvement functions that promote the highest element of service provision for the direct care staff and clients they work with. PAIGE serves TAY (ages 18-24) who are experiencing a mental health crisis, who are not connected to services or not getting the support they need, and who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Alameda County. Full Service Partnerships are multi-disciplinary teams of case managers, substance use specialists, housing navigators, employment counselors, nursing staff and clinicians who support partners in every aspect of their life, breaking systemic mental health, housing, and community barriers. FSPs help people achieve lasting mental health stability through community support, rather than relying on expensive, uncoordinated inpatient and emergency services.
