Operations Team Lead Location: Kettering: Reporting to: Site Operations Manager: Salary: Competitive + annual bonus: Hours: 42.5 per week: Shift pattern: 5 days per week, 8.5 hours per day, scheduled either Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am and 7pm. About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Team Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our new Distribution Centre, ensuring that all site activities support the accurate handling, storage, and movement of products within a regulated environment. This role plays a vital part in maintaining operational integrity, upholding industry and regulatory standards, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the supply chain to meet business and customer needs.
