Day (United States of America) Marketing Specialist The Marketing Specialist responsible for the implementation of marketing tactics that sustain and strengthen marketing strategies for the system, in general, and for assigned service lines, in particular. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the marketing specialist provides comprehensive support and assistance with day-to-day activities, exercising independent judgment and creativity. Essential to the job are strong interpersonal, design, writing, organizational and communication skills. - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications and/ or business or related fields preferred. - A minimum of five years progressively more responsible related professional experience in marketing and public relations, including project management experience. - Prior marketing experience preferred. - Must understand and be knowledgeable of marketing principles and practices, including message development, advertising, media (both traditional and digital), and community outreach/publicity vehicles.
