Company: Guy Carpenter Description: We are seeking an experienced Insurance Investment Banking Managing Director to join our Capital & Advisory team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in London with hybrid work requirements of at least three days a week in the office. As Managing Director, you will lead and expand our M&A advisory and capital raising activities, driving strategic engagement with a broader range of smaller and mid-sized clients aligned with Guy Carpenter’s strategic goals. You will oversee origination and participation in diverse transactions across start-ups, MGAs, Insurtechs, Reciprocals, Regional, and Lloyd’s businesses in both primary and reinsurance markets, while leading advisory teams in London and New York to maintain a collaborative culture.
