Job Description: Supply Excellence Manager (Continuous Improvement Manager) at MARS On-site Location: Poznań: As a Supply Excellence Manager, you will lead the deployment and management of the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) program at the site, driving lean and TPM culture to enhance factory performance. You will be a key member of the Plant Management Team, responsible for embedding best practices, engaging associates, and ensuring successful delivery of supply excellence initiatives. What will be your key responsibilities? Develop and implement the MSE site plan in alignment with the global roadmap, serving as the local expert on relevant tools and approaches. Create a comprehensive vision for the implementation and optimal use of the MSE infrastructure, ensuring it supports both current and future business needs at the site.
