Job description

The Sustainable Agricultural Lead (SAL) plays a central role in structuring, coordinating and steering Pernod Ricard’s approach to Sustainable Sourcing and Regenerative Agriculture within Procurement. The role ensures that global ambitions are translated into clear priorities, consistent methodologies, measurable KPIs and effective coordination across Procurement, S&R teams and Affiliates. The SAL acts as a functional orchestrator and governance lead, while operational deployment and field execution remain with local Procurement and Terroir teams. Key responsibilities: Strategy, vision and ambition: Contribute to the definition of the global vision and ambition for Sustainable Sourcing and Regenerative Agriculture. Ensure that Procurement is properly equipped to support this ambition and acts as a coordinated and aligned function. Policies, methodologies and tools: Translate sustainability ambitions into clear, procurement-ready policies, methodologies and tools, ensuring alignment with Nature, Climate and CSRD frameworks.
