Global Control Standard Owner COO | Personal & Physical Safety & Security (PPSS) Job Profile: Business Control Specialist V (GJA 18) Business Line: Global COO Location: Netherlands (global scope) Reports to: Global Head Personal & Physical Safety & Security (PPSS) Line of Defence: First Line The role: As Global Control Standard Owner (CSO) for Personal & Physical Safety & Security (PPSS), you are accountable for the end ‑ to ‑ end lifecycle, quality and governance of global PPSS control standards , guidelines and procedures and organisational chart . You translate PPSS policy requirements, regulatory obligations and ING’s risk appetite into clear, actionable and auditable control standards , guidelines and procedures that can be implemented, tested and monitored consistently across all entities. The CSO defines what controls must exist and how they are governed; execution ownership remains with first ‑ line control owners. You act as the bridge between policy (owned by NFR) and execution (owned by first ‑ line control owners).
