Production Crew Chief · Part-time (guaranteed 28 hours per week) to Full-time (35 hours or more hours per week) once schedule builds with sales, days and hours will depend on customers needs however, mostly afternoons and evening work hours are required.· Starting pay $20.00/hr. with incentive-based bonuses available once trained and meet requirements or potential salary with incentives. Potential Increased pay available once trained.· Sign on Bonus· Chattanooga based.· Must have valid Driver’s license, able to drive service van, successfully meet approved background check, and passing driver record.· Vacation pays available.· Experience necessary, but will train right person in our methods.· Potential Management skills utilizing the practice of understanding developing and deploying people and their skills to eventually run a crew· Career path available, we are wanting to add the right person to our team to grow with us.
