Job Description Summary: J ob Title: Senior Manager , Strategy Integration , Iberia Location: Madrid: Reports to: Senior Director, Franchise Strategy, I beria Role Overview: As Strategy Integration Senior Manager for Iberia, you report to the Iberia Strategy Integration Director as part of the Europe-wide Strategy team, and play a key role in supporting, influencing and challenging our Iberia leadership team – ensuring alignment between vision, strategies, business plans and measuring results. You will act as an objective advisor to franchise leadership and system partners, integrating system priorities, orchestrating strategic routines, and leading critical cross-functional initiatives that unlock long-term value. You will bring strong strategic thinking, deep understanding of system economics, and the ability to simplify complexity while fostering alignment across the system. You will work in close collaboration with various Iberia-based teams, with the Europe Operating Unit (OU) Strategy teams, as well as with our bottling partner Coca-Cola European Partners Iberia.
