Process Optimization Engineer (Junior & Senior profiles welcome) Do you want to go beyond analysing processes and actually make them better on the shop floor? Your role: As a Process Optimization Engineer, you play a key role in strengthening and sustainably improving our production and quality processes. You analyse existing ways of working, identify improvement opportunities and translate them into concrete, implementable solutions. You work closely with colleagues on the shop floor, technical experts and various departments, often across multiple sites. Depending on your experience, you will take on a more learning and supporting role (junior) or a more leading and coaching role (senior) within optimization projects.
