Job Description: About the role: Takeda’s Round Lake site is a high‑volume pharmaceutical manufacturing facility responsible for the filling of life‑saving plasma‑derived therapeutics. Site operations include aseptic filling, inspection, labeling, and packaging. This role is a key leadership position responsible for the oversight of the Manufacturing Support Team. The team supports day‑to‑day operations, site projects, and continuous improvement initiatives, and owns manufacturing documentation, including EBM.
