Description HOUCHENS SONIC DRIVE-IN JOB DESCRIPTION: POSITION: CREW MEMBER: IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: MANAGER ON DUTY: STATUS: HOURLY, NON-EXEMPT: GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION: Performs crew member duties as directed and assigned by the Manager On Duty. Duties include, but are not limited to, order taking, carhop, skating carhop, food and drink preparation, cooking, packaging food, serving food to guests, sales transactions, cleaning of equipment as well as cleaning all areas of building and grounds. The duties are to be performed in a safe, efficient, and professional manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience at the Sonic Drive-In. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: - Performs all duties in the Basic Stations (Fountain & Frozen, Dresser, Front Swamp, Back Swamp, Grill, Switchboard, Expeditor, Food Prep, Carhop, Skating Carhop and Drive-Thru as needed, and depending on store volume, during a shift to ensure the preparation, portion control, temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, taste, and service of all menu items meet operational standards. - Gives team help and support to other crew and managers when assigned duties are caught up - Operates switchboard and records custome...
