Job Overview: Savoy Life is seeking a healthcare relationship and growth-focused Partner Success & Market Development Manager to drive senior engagement, provide customer success support with existing customers, build a care network, and drive growth with new customers. This is a hybrid role including field work to directly engage the staff and seniors inside senior living communities as well as through other referral sources such as home health, hospice, hospitals, and beyond. Additionally, this role includes building and engaging with other community partners (such as primary care provider groups and healthcare brokers) bridging this gap with these resources and the local Savoy clinical team.
