Description Position Summary: The Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of production, compounding, maintenance, and sanitization processes. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in operations management within the personal care manufacturing industry. The Director of Operations will ensure efficient, cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
