POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of Clinical Leadership, the Team Lead for Surgical Technicians monitors and directs the activities of assigned surgical techs in the OR to achieve optimum performance, efficiency and quality outcomes. The Team Lead assumes appropriate responsibilities in the perioperative area by scrubbing, assisting the RN circulator, setting up and breaking down surgical procedures, pulling and putting away supplies and equipment, and environmental service duties as needed.
