About this role: Responsible for administering various tests, scoring and processing related materials. Conducts training for placement testing and responds to inquiries. Identifies and troubleshoots minor technical issues during the testing process as per established policies. Position requires the ability to work a fluctuating schedule, including nights and weekends. What a day of a Test Center Representative looks like: Sets up tests according to established protocol.
