Job Summary The Event Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing efforts for concerts and events at VSG-managed venues. This role works closely with the Event Marketing Manager to develop and implement show-related marketing initiatives and promotions, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Create and execute marketing plans, including grassroots and local promotions, to support venues and events managed by VSG - Lead on-site marketing execution for assigned events by ensuring all promotional elements are delivered accurately and on time, as well as coordinate approved reviewers, photographers, and radio stations - Support day-to-day operations of social media channels including content creation, scheduling, live event coverage, and fan engagement - Oversee local influencer relationships, trade opportunities, and maintain an organized database to support event promotions - Develop post-event recaps summarizing marketing initiatives and campaign performance for leadership and promoters -...
