We’re seeking a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team and help provide exceptional care while building meaningful patient relationships. Schedule & Pay: Enjoy a predictable, consistent schedule while delivering high-quality care. - Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Single hygiene column) – $47/hr - Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Single hygiene column) – $47/hr What You’ll Do: - Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care - Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and home-care routines - Maintain accurate patient records and charting - Collaborate with our friendly dental team to ensure an outstanding patient experience What We’re Looking For: - Current Utah RDH license in good standing - Strong clinical skills and excellent communication - Positive, team-oriented attitude - Passion for patient care and patient education Why Join Us: At Smiles by Design, we value teamwork, patient relationships, and professional growth.
