RN Care Coordinator ( Job Number: 39718 ) Description: University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Department: Medicine – Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center Job Title: RN Care Coordinator: Position #: 00847254 – Requisition #: 39718 Job Summary: The Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center (HTC) is a federally funded program that exists to identify, treat, and give access to care for persons with bleeding and clotting disorders in Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. The HTC provides comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services, education and consultative services for community physicians, and educational and other support programs for patients and their families. The work is organized into four sections: research, clinical care, advocacy and community service, and pharmacy services. This position functions within the Clinical unit of the HTC, providing clinical care for patients.
