Job Req ID: 59057 Closing Date: 4th June: Location: London: About the role: As a Transformation Manager within Group Planning, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering key transformation programmes that advance portfolio simplification, customer migration, and IT modernisation objectives. You will leverage data to develop robust customer migration strategies, transitioning customers from legacy to strategic products and platforms, underpinned by clear decision frameworks that align product roadmaps, technical architecture, and customer experience priorities. This will require effective alignment across Product, Commercial, and Digital teams, often balancing competing stakeholder priorities. You will work closely with Senior Transformation Planning Managers, Data Analysts, and Programme Leads to design and execute structured, insight-led plans that accelerate customer migration to strategic products and platforms.
