What We’re Looking For: - Previous experience in a supervisory or senior service role in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, or hotel - Warm, confident hosting style with strong attention to detail - Ability to support and lead the team across restaurant and bar operations - A calm, organised approach to service, even when it’s busy - Passion for great food and collaboration with the kitchen team on daily service delivery - Comfortable assisting with stock control, compliance, and operational checklists - A flexible, proactive mindset.
