SCOPE OF THE JOB: As a new and cutting-edge electric automobile brand in North America, we are looking for high caliber Automotive Service Technicians. In this role, your expertise will be relied upon to diagnose and perform a wide range of automotive services and mechanical repairs. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: - Ability to effectively diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and software related symptoms - Proficiency in navigating diagnostic procedures, flowcharts, and wiring diagrams - Promptly and efficiently perform all necessary work as stated on Repair Orders - Regularly communicate with aftersales team members to align on timelines and expectations - Perform quality inspections including road testing for confirmation of repair - Order parts to carry out repairs and return warranty / core components with designated tagging as required - Escalate and clearly communicate all difficult repairs to the Lead Technician to ensure prompt solutions - Maintain consistent understanding and compliance with VinFast policies and procedures - Adhere to all safety and security regulations in the workplace - Maintain learning and upgrading of knowledge base via VinFast tra...
