,Salary £25,949 per annum l Permanent, Variable hours l Part time 27.5 hours per week l Pro Rata l Term time l Our Lady of Perpetual Succour School International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship Unit Catering Supervisor (Grade 3) 27.5hrs per week Lancashire County Council provide catering services to over 500 schools across Lancashire, serving over 60,000 school meals per day and we are looking for committed individuals to join the service. You will lead and work as part of a team within Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Primary School, Blackburn producing fresh, high quality, healthy, balanced meals to school children each day. You must have previous experience in kitchens. With a proven track record in similar position. Key responsibilities: Cook and serve food and beverages in accordance with agreed menus and production plans. Direct and/or supervise other employees. Order supplies and store deliveries: Maintain records and stock control. What we are looking for: Recognised catering qualification and/or food hygiene certificate would be desirable.
