Department Robeco has maintained a strong presence in France since 1997. The local Sales & Marketing team covers both wholesale and institutional clients, leveraging Robeco’s long-standing expertise in quantitative, fundamental, and sustainable investing. With a solid legacy and significant expansion potential in the French market, we are seeking to appoint an experienced (mid-level) professional to drive Institutional sales and client relationships across France.The ideal candidate for the role is a team player, who is very service oriented and has a proven track record of understanding our institutional clients’ needs and addressing these in a thoughtful and effective manner. The candidate will be based in Paris and report to the Country Head France. Position & Requirements: Role mission: The Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Robeco’s growth with institutional investors across France. This includes developing strategic relationships, deepening engagement with existing clients, and expanding Robeco’s footprint across insurers, pension funds, corporates, family offices, and other institutional channels.
