PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead Work schedule is eastern time zone. Metaformers’ professional consulting team has a long-term opportunity for a versatile PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead who thrives in a dynamic environment. This role requires strong PeopleSoft HCM functional expertise and understanding of project planning to work with closely with team PM. Key Qualifications: - In-depth PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 functional knowledge across multiple modules - Proven team leadership experience - Ability to lead, coordinate, and drive project tasks - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable interfacing with senior management - Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 implementation experience - MS Project experience a plus Additional Details: - Full-time or contract (contractors must be direct w/all inclusive rate) - Oracle Cloud training / certification available for full-time hires - Remote work, must work Eastern Time Zone hours - Work must be performed within the United States - No sponsorship available - No Third Party
