This individual leads solution architecture across complex DevOps engagements, integrates Copado AI into the core of the solution design process, and ensures that every deliverable is aligned with the organization's commitment to time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and solution maintainability. Key Responsibilities: AI-First Solution Design: Architect AI-enhanced workflows that automate complex DevOps tasks, transitioning customers from standard configurations to intelligent, bespoke solutions. Champion the integration of Copado AI features into every phase of the solution design lifecycle. Drive a measurable 20% reduction in Time-to-Value for custom Lab implementations by leveraging AI to automate manual configuration steps. High-Quality Service Delivery: Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of Copado Labs engagements, ensuring solutions meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability.
