Equities Sales Trader — Amsterdam or The Hague (Boutique Sell-Side) We’re a boutique institutional broker with a high-touch culture, and we’re hiring an Equities Sales Trader to be based in our offices in the Amsterdam or The Hague . This is a hybrid seat: client execution + real-time market color + hands-on trade support, with daily coordination alongside our U.S.-based, self-clearing settlements/ops team. What you’ll do: - Execute cash equity orders for institutional clients with a best-execution mindset - Partner closely with Sales and Trading to deliver high-touch coverage and fast follow-through - Provide actionable market color (flows, catalysts, liquidity, sector/stock moves) and desk commentary - Own trade lifecycle support: booking, allocations, confirmations, and break resolution - Work directly with U.S. Operations/Settlements to ensure smooth processing across time zones - Adhere to best execution policies, regulatory obligations, and internal trading controls - Escalate market, operational, or counterparty risks promptly; assist in refining desk pr...
