Summary: The Transactions Assistant - Real Estate, in collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives, assists the paralegals and/or attorneys by maintaining and organizing files, preparing documents, updating, and maintaining databases, preparing closing books, obtaining information for internal and external sources, and performing other administrative tasks. Location: This position is located in our San Diego office and offers a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities: · Organize documents for attorney review. · Research public records using internal and public websites. · Assist with preparing binders, prepare closing books, make copies, enter data, and maintain files. · Perform database research and data entry. · Assist with corporate closings. · Obtain documents and other information from governmental agencies or public agencies. · Obtain information from accounti...
