Job Summary: The Major Projects – Senior Manager, Projects supports Vistra’s nuclear growth initiatives by managing execution of complex nuclear projects, including Extended Power Uprates. This role requires proven experience delivering large-scale nuclear projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance. The position provides critical project leadership while contributing to Vistra’s mission of safe, reliable, and sustainable power generation. The Senior Manager, Projects is responsible for coordinating with multiple senior leaders, multiple large-scale vendors, and the station to ensure execution of hundreds of separate modifications to the plant in support of Extended Power Uprates, a total cost of $1-2B.
