Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Intern to support two key initiatives: (1) the development of digital micro learning assets for Learning & Development programs and (2) the documentation and standardization of recruiting processes for Sales and/or the Wage & Hour associates. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR talent acquisition, Learning & Development design, and process documentation. Responsibilities: Learning & Development Support - Collaborate with Training & Development managers to understand program content and translate it into learner-friendly formats.- Use digital platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) to design brand-compliant micro-learning assets, including job aids, quick reference guides, and reinforcement materials, that are visually engaging and serve as easy to follow learning support tools.2.
