Junior HR Business Partner

Job description

Job Purpose We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join Sales East Region in Warsaw and our Shared Service Center in Poznań, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner EER & SSC. This is a position offering exposure to a wide range of HR activities and an opportunity to grow within an international environment supporting mainly Sales East Region in Warsaw with a support for SSC in Poznań. Responsibilities: Recruitment: - Provide information to line management on current recruitment procedures. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interviewing and selection. - Support managers with new hire induction plans and coordinate onboarding process. - Analyze employee feedback on onboarding process and implement necessary changes. - Collaborate with COE Recruitment team on new projects and testing activities.
