About the Team At Walmart, we’re reimagining the future of shopping through AI-powered, agentic experiences that help customers discover, decide, and purchase more easily—wherever they are. Our team focuses on building intelligent shopping journeys with Sparky—our AI super agent—on Walmart platforms as well as through strategic partner ecosystems like ChatGPT, Gemini, and other emerging AI interfaces. We design experiences that blend Walmart’s unmatched assortment, value, and fulfillment capabilities with conversational AI, automation, and proactive assistance. This work sits at the intersection of consumer retail, applied AI, and platform design, and it’s evolving fast. We have a rare opportunity to shape how millions of people shop using AI—setting new standards for trust, usability, and delight. We work closely with business, product, engineering, and data science partners to move quickly from vision to reality.
