Summary: Provides general assistance in coordinating and supervising operations in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, as directed. Principally, provides immediate supervision to personnel engaged in the operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of stationary motors and mechanical equipment such as sprinkler systems, alarm systems, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems, heating and cooling system components, air conditioners pumps, compressors, and generator, to provide distribution of heat, power, gases, air pressure, water pressure, suction, carpentry, and other energy sources throughout the hospital complex.
