Essential Responsibilities: This description of job responsibilities is intended to reflect the major responsibilities and duties of the job, but is not intended to describe minor duties or other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. - Leads implementation and administration of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune. Configures identity and access management policies through Azure AD, Conditional Access, and MFA. - Oversees configuration, policy management, and operational support of Rubrik for enterprise data backup and disaster recovery, including workload protection in both on-premises and cloud environments. - Ensures high availability and performance of cloud-hosted applications, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for Microsoft 365 and Rubrik-related issues. - Develops and maintains automated scripts and tools (e.g., PowerShell) to support cloud infrastructure monitoring, reporting, and configuration. - Designs and maintains secure and compliant backup policies and retention strategies for Microsoft 365 data, including email, Teams chat, SharePoint, and OneDrive. - Implements and supports cloud...
