Summary Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Curriculum Developer II / Instructional Developer II to independently develop and revise Navy training materials in support of CTC courseware modernization and sustainment efforts. Essential Functions: - Assist with development and revision of lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, and presentation materials. - Format products using approved templates, style guides, and authoring tools. - Incorporate Government review comments and directed edits. - Support OMS repositories, file naming conventions, and version control logs. - Conduct proofreading, hyperlink checks, and quality control reviews.
