Job Summary: The Information Technology Analyst will utilize current systems to solve customer problems in real time to meet the needs of the business. Coordinate with partners/stakeholders to assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring they are utilizing the system to achieve desired results. Understand the customers’ needs, respond to their feedback and actively engage with them to produce successful outcomes. Act as a system Subject Matter Expert, being the first line of contact for user questions and set up. Let’s talk job responsibilities: - Act as the dedicated contact for new and existing users, providing assistance, troubleshooting, and answering questions. - Serve as the point of contact for setting up system access for new user accounts including rights, permissions and groups. - Provide support and responds to requests via phone and email.
