Key Responsibilities: - Under the direct supervision of the anesthesiologist, or designee, properly prepare for and support all designated procedures. - Works in all areas of surgery to support all aspects of anesthesia care, including pre and post-surgical procedures - Address difficult or conflict situations constructively and seeks appropriate assistance. - Ensures compliance with all regulatory, organizational, and departmental policies and procedures, under the supervision of the anesthesiologist. - Actively participates in ongoing quality and process improvement. - Maintains and protects patient confidentiality. - Performs routine maintenance of anesthesia equipment. - Coordinates patient care and monitoring equipment availability with PACU and Critical Care units....
