Nurse Practitioner Department: Participant Care: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Muskegon, MI: Compensation: $106,000 - $138,000 / year Description: Schedule : Exempt, min 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday | 8am – 4:30pm Department: Clinical, Direct Care | LifeCircles PACE | Muskegon, Mi What You’ll Do in This Role: The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, participant-centered care to older adults in the PACE program. The NP delivers primary and preventive healthcare, including assessments, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with the team. This role supports the health, safety, and independence of participants through a holistic, geriatrics-focused approach and requires a proactive, compassionate provider committed to serving the aging population.
