Plant Engineering Manager Responsible for leading plant engineering, maintenance, reliability engineering, process engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversees the design, optimization, construction, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment and infrastructure while establishing standards, policies, and procedures. Drives operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, reliability-centered maintenance, and process optimization to improve plant performance, asset reliability, product quality, and safety.
