Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in optoelectronics test, display metrology, or semiconductor manufacturing environment. - 4 years of experience deploying, validating, and debugging semiconductor hardware test systems. - 4 years of experience writing and debugging test system software. - Experience scripting in SQL or Python. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP). - Experience working with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) or managing remote test fleets in high-volume manufacturing environments. - Experience in Python and SQL for building automated data pipelines, tool deployment scripts, or system monitoring dashboards. - Experience in automating manual engineering workflows (e.g., automated Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R), one-click Software deployment) to drive operational scalability. - Experience mentoring engineers and influencing cross...
