Ensures the use of the correct equipment and chemicals to complete tasks according to safety & cleanliness standards. Help identify and report maintenance needs relating to necessary repairs and preventative maintenance. The Supervisor will be a hands-on housekeeper during shift and ensure teamwork is maintained Responsible for hiring, training and scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage based on workload and demand of the business. Enforces and oversees the disciplinary/conflict resolution procedures in accordance with Enterprise policy. May be assigned to giving direct supervision to the Room Inspectors/Trainer in the absence of the Room Attendant Supervisor/s.
