Are You Siili’s New Team Lead in AI-Powered Software Development? 🦔: We are looking for a visionary Team Lead, AI-Powered Software Development to join our Technology Community. Your home base will be our headquarters in Helsinki. This role combines two defining elements of modern software development: human-centered leadership of experienced professionals and technology consulting in a world where AI-powered tools, agents, and autonomous workflows are reshaping how software is built. At Siili, AI-powered development is not a side experiment - it is becoming a core capability. We are now looking for someone to lead this evolution. What will you be working on?: You will lead a team of approximately ten software professionals. While people leadership is central to your role, your technical focus will strongly center on AI-powered and agentic development practices.
