About This Role: The HR Operations Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. As part of the HR Operations team, this role manages onboarding, ongoing lifecycle administration, and offboarding while ensuring full compliance with Spanish labor regulations.
