FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Inventory Management: - Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, ensuring that quantities are accurate and products are available as needed. - Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records. - Oversee the receipt of products, ensuring that incoming shipments match purchase orders and are accurately recorded. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Utilize inventory management software to track inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries. - Generate reports on inventory status, including key metrics such as turnover rates, shrinkage, and obsolescence. - Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
