POSITION: Clinical Supervisor REPORTS TO: Deputy Chief Program Officer - Health STATUS: Full-Time, Regular, Exempt: COMPENSATION : $95,000 - $100,000 annually BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program; 403(b) Retirement Plan; Paid Holidays, Sick, Vacation, and Flexible Work Schedule LOCATION: Sacramento, CA (this position is eligible for part-time remote work) JOB SUMMARY: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing both individual and group clinical supervision to Master’s level counseling student interns. In collaboration with the CPO and DCPO, the Clinical Supervisor will develop the Center’s new clinical training program for Master’s level counseling and social work students. This program will train student clinicians to become affirming, inclusive providers for the LGBTQ+ community. This program will provide free therapeutic counseling for LGBTQ+ youth 13-24 and adults, with the expressed goals of suicide prevention, increased sense of belonging and positive mental health outcomes.
