ING’s Equity Capital Markets Syndicate team has a vacant internship position with starting date from September 2025 onwards with a duration of 5 to 6 months (to be agreed). ING’s Equity Capital Markets team: Equity Capital Markets (ECM) is a joint venture between ING’s Corporate Finance and Global Capital Markets departments and advises companies on equity capital raising on international stock markets. Products covered by ECM include Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), technical listings, follow-on equity issuances, secondary offerings, share buybacks, preference shares issuances and equity-linked transactions. Our team has a strong track record of assisting and advising public and private companies, local and international financial sponsors and governments in structuring and executing a wide variety of equity and equity-linked transactions, evidenced by our recent involvement in the blockbuster IPOs of Talabat, Zabka, Springer Nature, CVC, Galderma, and many more.
