We are experiencing rapid business growth. The Supervisor of SMT & Soldering is a newly created position, tasked with increasing quality and productivity in the assigned work cells. CMG is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Circuit Card Assembly Supervisor to lead our electronics manufacturing team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines and our hand soldering stations. Your goal is to ensure production targets are met with the highest quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. The Supervisor will oversee approximately 30+ employees on first shift (6:30 am to 2:30 pm), is supported by two Operations Leads, and reports directly to the Site Operations Manager.
